Finding Balance at Soulista

In order to provide what we feel is a deep, satisfying and complete yoga practice, we offer several styles of hatha yoga. One style may stand alone as your primary practice. However, many individuals chose a variety of classes to provide more balance to your life and individual situation.

  • Wear comfortable clothing to stretch easily.
  • Yoga is best practiced with bare feet and on an empty stomach. (Avoid eating 1-2 hours beforehand)
